Villa Del Sol Apartments

The place has a serious bed bug problem and has had for years we just moved out after 2 incidences in less than a year cost us thousands of dollars in furniture and beds and clothing we had to throw out and the management staff and owners don't care their motto is if you don't like it move

The first reviewer is obviously the management that is not this property at all. Manager Alexia is never here. The pool is always dirty, spa broken and cold the water smells, Maintenance man Dan is a joke. Unprofessional and hard to get anything fixed. Half assed repairs. Dirty and creepy looking.
Covered parking leaks yellow staining water when rains, inside ceilings leak when rains. Laundry room is not anti quit for the amount of tenants here, Always broken or broken into. Security gates are... always broken and remain open for weeks. The dumpster area always overflowing with trash. Recycling is not enforced here at all which is the city law for Apt owners to enforce recycling program. Thank goodness for the rock star staff and maintenance crew at Villa Del Sol. The heat in the desert is nothing to joke about especially when my AC went out. I cannot express my gratitude for the people that work at Villa Del Sol. They took care of the AC in no time at all. The level of concern they show tenants as well as the property is nothing short of amazing. Work orders are completed promptly, the grounds are kept immaculate, the pool is sparkling and they always greet me with a smile. I... recommend this property to everyone that I know. Thank you guys!
