Utilities vs rent

Great price however with a catch!
Electricity bills ranging 500-700 per month is normal at these apartments, when brought up to management (it's because it's an older building) AC is not working with emotional support dog inside the apartment (it's an older building and your apartment is at the second floor which collects more heat) inside temp hits 85 send technician to weather proof apartment after requesting second time. Inside temperature hits almost 90, after emailing Ellie (property… manager) about unlivable situation for 3 days we are offered a motel. Lights flickering all throughout from time to time bring up to management letting them know it's causing a headache, managers response ( it's an old building I suggest seeing a doctor) I work from home and constantly under the lighting. Palm Canyon is just a practical place to live, if you're in need of place to stay, but if you have a choice, this one is not it.

Do not move here.

The management is terrible. The gym is inside the rental office, which is a major pain in the you know what. No security whatsoever. Tenants cars are vandalized and broken into on a regular basis. Not worth the money.you pay.

Palm canyon terrace

Been here 2 years. Quiet mostly good neighbors. Some riff raff but they're harmless. Clean aptz. I love it here

solitude!!!!

I loved my apartment from the moment I stepped foot in it!!!! But what sealed the deal for me is the fact that it's gated, has a gym, and has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi!!! It's peaceful and quiet when it's suppose to be and has great management!!! :)
