Lets start management lousy you call them to put a request to fix something maintenance will never show up and the grounds are kept with dog poop all over and some neighbors up stairs from me are loud and their friends come over and smoke weed outside and they let their children run all through the house i call the office to tell them all they say is we will take care of it NEVER GET TAKEN CARE OF AT ALL some people speed through the parking lot at night and where is security NO WHERE TO BE... FOUND NEVER and it is roach infested do not live here.

Casablanca Aparments
I have lived here for about a year now and have no complates. They keep the grounds super clean and all the employes are really nice. There is this grounds keeper I see everyday and is always making sure my building is clean. The grass is greeen and the pool is keeped up as well. This is a low income apartment and let me tell you, I've seen low income apartments in palmdale and Casablanca is not one of them. Really impessed with this apartment.
