Wilkie Court Apartments

Residents leave laundry in washer all night.
You can hear neighbors peeing.
Domestic violence going on.
Lots of yelling and swearing.
Drunk residents yelling.
Everybody smokes there.Signs say no smoking.
Dirty Laundry Room Always.
Does not seem kid friendly.
Some dude always blasts his music.

These apartments have VERY VERY VERY Thin walls. You can hear your neighbors snore, their phone vibrate & talking!! No, really, it's that bad! So you can imagine what else you can hear in the middle of the night, yup you guessed right!!!! And, they took carpets off the units, which makes it even more loud and NOISY if you live on the ground floor!! It is TERRIBLE, bad living conditions.

I have lived here for five years. It was good until last 2 years until now when they don’t monitor number of people in a 1 bedroom place. More tenants who have no regard for other residents, screaming, arguing, moving furniture, morning and night, to accommodate 5 plus people sleeping and living in a 1 bedroom apartment with very thin walls. I plan to move out, what a pain!!!
