Incompetent staff in every position
Staff is a real big problem, they neglect every aspect of building maintenance, can’t even get their email or phones to work, do not respond to surface requests, totally overpriced for zero service, inconsistent security, building is now falling apart because of their neglect. They keep making mistakes in billing and charge for services that were never even rendered and when you confront them, they just play dumb because they don’t know how to fix their own errors. Months can go by without... access to a functioning elevator. There’s one person for the entire four structure building for plumbing and appliance repairs and I think he has a second grade level education in common sense and even lower skill set for this type of job.
