    Overall we are happy living at City Place. It's a very nice community with friendly tenants and we love the location. The Leasing Office team is very kind and helpful, and we feel safe living here. We also love that pest control comes once a week and we often see staff cleaning the hallways and elevators, as cleanliness is very important to us. If we can just help Maintenance so that their responses are prompt, and ensure that the trash areas are kept clean, we can easily see ourselves wanting… to continue living here for a long time
