Overall, the management team is nice and courteous. But when it comes to maintenance. The maintenance team doesn’t always show up when they say they will.

I would stay away from this community if I knew there are lots of theft issues with the packages. Also, my bathroom ceiling has been leaking for more than a year, but the maintenance could not fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry to hear about both of these issues. I'm the new property manager here, and I want you to know I'm taking this seriously.

On the leak: a bathroom ceiling leak going unresolved for… over a year is not acceptable, and it's not something I was aware was still ongoing. I'd like to get this fixed properly and understand what happened with the previous repair attempts so it doesn't happen again.

On the packages: we instruct all delivery drivers to use our secure package lockers or deliver directly to units, so I'd like to understand more about what you've experienced. If deliveries aren't being handled that way, I want to know so we can follow up directly with the carriers involved.

Since this review is anonymous, I don't have a way to identify your unit or reach out directly. Could you please contact the leasing office or stop by so we can get both of these resolved? I'd really appreciate the chance to make this right. We look forward to meeting with you.
