TRIO is located in Pasadena, California, and has excellent facilities for recreation or exercise and workout facilities, coupled with a close proximity to Colorado Boulevard with shopping and dining establishments.
The ROSE BOWL is located nearby and the Parade passes by the facility each year.
CAL TECH is also nearby and the JET PROPULSION LABORATORY (JPL) is located in Pasadena.
The Apartments are secure and require verification before entry and parking garages. TRIO is well maintained and… offer Special Entertainment Programs throughout the year such as pool parties and movies. Various contests are also sponsored throughout the year especially during Halloween and Christmas.
TRIO is also pet-friendly and many dogs and pets are Welcome !Review from Apartments.com
