TRIO is located in Pasadena, California, and has excellent facilities for recreation or exercise and workout facilities, coupled with a close proximity to Colorado Boulevard with shopping and dining establishments.
The ROSE BOWL is located nearby and the Parade passes by the facility each year.
CAL TECH is also nearby and the JET PROPULSION LABORATORY (JPL) is located in Pasadena.
The Apartments are secure and require verification before entry and parking garages. TRIO is well maintained and...
offer Special Entertainment Programs throughout the year such as pool parties and movies. Various contests are also sponsored throughout the year especially during Halloween and Christmas.
TRIO is also pet-friendly and many dogs and pets are Welcome !

I’ve been at TRIO for 5 years, including the COVID era, and the complex is a nice place to live and commute in the Pasadena neighborhood.
There are plenty of activities to take advantage of and the location is right next to Colorado Avenue. Los Angeles City is nearby also.

This building is not a luxury building anymore and the rent goes up higher in proportion to the building deteriorating ever year since I have lived here.

Living here at Trio Apartments has been clean, peaceful, and friendly! Maintenance requests were taken care of within a business day or two (at least for me) and I've been enjoying my time living here so far - no complaints!
