Extra wide doorways/spacious
This complex is conveniently located amidst the most relevant placerville resources and perfectly perched atop the hill providing a sort of barrier from the daily Buzz but still so close that cars seem somehow unnecessary. This apartment community is designed with the family in mind and would not be quite suitable for college students looking to fill the pool with their drunken weekend entourages. There are apartments accomadating to even larger sized families requiring 4 bedrooms. Lots of kids... to occupy your kids play time and giving a sense of safety in numbers!
