Work order took log to fix. I had to call to find out the status of it to fix the leak from the kitchen sink. Still took 2 more weeks to some how fix it.

Not the best

This place is decent if you’re okay with limited parking and little to no security. The units themselves are nothing special and the property is mostly clean. At night there are homeless people coming in and out of the property and people jumping over the gates. If you live on the side by the leasing office you can forget about getting any parking after 8 pm. My car was also hit or scratched multiple times while parked inside. Night time patrol mostly stays in one spot or in his car. Kids are... often playing on e bikes or e scooters up and down the parking lot and have almost been hit on more than one occasion.

We understand that parking availability can be challenging during... peak evening hours, and we continue to look for ways to manage parking as fairly as possible. The safety of our residents is important to us, and we work with our courtesy patrol to help monitor the community. We also encourage residents to report any suspicious activity or property damage so it can be addressed appropriately.

Apartments need an upgrade. Appliances are very cheap with cheap white paint. The bathtub is just glazed and it’s cheap can’t even clean with bleach. I don’t recommend. Unless last resort
