Avana RPV is an ideal place to live. The complex is beautifully designed and maintained, the staff are friendly and prompt, and it has breathtaking views of the ocean and Catalina Island. Highly recommended!

I enjoy a comfortable life in a quiet environment surrounded by beautiful nature. This rare apartment community satisfies everyone, from older people to small children. The management system is also excellent. I think I will continue to live here for a long time to come.

Avana Apartments are close to ocean, near shopping centers and well maintained by very responsive management and maintenence teams. Apartments are logical and professional in layout, sound proof, have extensive recreational facilities and in a safe neighborhood which is very valuable for evening walks and pets.
