One of my appliances stopped working I called the leasing office and because it was after hours for maintenance they suggested I call emergency maintenance and they responded immediately and replaced the appliance even though it was a holiday thank you

Apartment units are nice. Community is filled with homeless people throughout the day. Management will hear your concerns because it's their job, but no active participation in finding solutions. Overpriced considering all factors.
