Horrible. No parking, homeless everywhere, people literally in the trash throwing things around. Glass always seems to be by our car now. Hand marks on my car from people trying to see whats in there. Very unsatisfied the last 8 mos. Residents parking in open spots for months on end without moving, but they're friendly with office staff. While others follow the rules and move it every 3 days. Little Nats everywhere.

My husband and I have lived here at Canyon Park for several years. The leasing office staff here is always friendly and helpful thanks to Melissa, Abigail, and Connie. The community is well kept and the maintenance crew is great.

Moved in a few weeks ago and so far we're loving it! The quality of the property and the vibe of the grounds is great, and the location is perfectly located to get to most of what we need!

Canyon Park is a great community to live in we have been living here for the past 6 years. The front office staff are great and the maintenance team is awesome
