Mission Grove Park is a great apartment complex to live in. We have great management, great scenery, also a playground area for the kids. A nice cozy place for families to enjoy and have fun.

What I enjoy most about living in this area is the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The trees and landscaping create a beautiful, calming ambiance that really enhances the scenery. It’s also incredibly convenient—you can easily access the 60, 215, and 91 freeways, and there’s a convenience store right across the street. There are two grocery stores nearby, along with plenty of dining options and more.

The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, and the front office staff is truly... amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. But above all, what makes this place feel like home is the sense of community. I have great neighbors, and that makes all the difference.

Dishonest - Avoid at All Costs

The Mission Grove Park Apartments will not return your security deposit once you bid farewell. I wish I had read the reviews by others who pointed this out because I found myself in the same position. I left my apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it. I had no pets, children, never hung anything on the walls. I was a model tenant. But sure enough, it’s their “standard policy” to keep your security deposit. Avoid this place at all costs or accept that your security deposit is... staying with them.

Please know that our goal is never... to withhold deposits unfairly. Security deposit deductions are made only in accordance with the lease agreement and after a detailed inspection. If you believe there has been a mistake or if you’d like to discuss your specific move-out report, we would be happy to review it with you in more detail. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns like this seriously.

Although I've only lived here a short time I can say that the management office staff are friendly and attentive.
The maintenance staff are fast to respond to our needs and get things taken care of immediately.
I'm very pleased with the entire staff.
