Great amenities(especially gym has tons of equipment, 2 power racks and dumbbells up to 70lb,and a sauna), great location, cool designed building. Hoping the retail spaces will open soon since it is not a walkable location. My only concern is the soundproofing from upstairs. I do wish carpet had been installed in at least the bedrooms to help reduce noise.

Horrible experience would not recommend. Staff will have grudge and poke at you till you move out

Great place to live, amazing staff, maintenance crew, and amenities. Only knock against it is it’s VERY expensive.

I love living here!! It is safe and beautiful!! The fascade reminds me of the Upper East Side! The staff and neighbors are friendly and respectful. I spend more time at the pool, spa, sauna, grill, and gym, than my own apt! Thank you kindly!!
