Here are a few areas that could be improved:

Odors from Smoking: There are occasional issues with marijuana smoke, and I have even noticed residents smoking on their balconies.

Elevator and Parking Commute & Safety: If you live on a higher floor, commuting from first floor to top higher floor can take a considerable amount of time. Additionally, there are no safety mirrors installed at the corners, creating dangerous blind spots and posing a safety risk for people.

Limited Internet Options:… WhiteSky is the only available internet service provider whch was out for 2days completely few month ago.

Lack of Exit Options When Issues Arise: While problems do not occur constantly, the main issue is that management provides no option for residents to break the lease or move out without penalty when a significant issue does arise. It is highly frustrating to be locked into the contract with no way out, even if the living conditions temporarily become unacceptable due to apartment issues

Great community

My husband and I have been living here for a few months. We lived in a different property and were looking for an upgraded building. I like that the building feels secure with the gates and fobs. The pool area is clean and seems to be well maintained compared to our last building. The staff is always friendly and responsive. We’ve had a noisy neighbor but that’s just living in an apartment! Overall we’re happy here!

Love the lifestyle

We’ve really enjoyed living at The Row at Red Hill so far. The amenities are beautiful, especially the gym, and we’re excited to see the new retail spaces coming in.

As a newer community, they’re still working out some kinks, but we’re excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn’t fully anticipate is that the area isn’t quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we’re really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have… closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options.

We’d also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events.

Overall, it’s been a great experience and we’re excited to see the community continue to grow.
