It seems like they're not caring of the building, the tenants safety, and repairs around the area.
1) The gate was broken and took awhile to be fixed but then once it was it broke the same day!
Then, the tenants had to wait approx 2 weeks with unwanted people coming & going for the safety of the tenants, for them to come back to re-fix..the
Supposedly fixing!
2) The doors either do not work with your key fob or the door is always broken for people to come in late at noght...squatters.
3)… Constant break ins (cars or garages) either people who park in the building and/or park on the street.

Overture Riverwalk has been nothing less than a wonderful experience moving in about 2 months ago. Everyone in management is super friendly & accommodating to my needs. The grounds are always kept nice & clean, the tenants are very friendly & helpful when I have a question. I'm so happy that I made this choice to live here.
