Windemere at Sycamore Highlands

I called to inquire about an available unit and the corporate leasing agent was not informed on the properties amenities. I spoke with someone else and was told that a garage was included with the apartment (which was a huge selling point for me) and then I received a text saying that was actually not the case and it was an additional fee. I accepted that and then received another text later saying that garages are unavailable and I would need to be put on a waitlist.

I have lived at at least 5 apartments in the Inland Empire and I can say this isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. The management is very understanding if you are ever late paying rent, you just need to communicate that. I lost my job about 6 months after moving here and they were very understanding if I had a late payment.

On a different note, I have stayed at a cleaner complex . They allow dogs and people don't always clean up behind their dogs and management isn't much better.

The Windermere is a decent place to live . Office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to fix anything in your home . The grounds are kept up with except for the stairways that need a good power washing .Open Parking can be difficult at times . The poor , gym , clubhouse and office is always clean . Dumpster divers are a big problem ,It's creepy to see them and when they are done the trash bins smells so badly from them opening and moving around trash bags .
