The Everette

Everything about this property is old and falling apart. The cabinets look like they were built wrong and their doors just refuse to close. All the appliances seem super outdated too. During summer time, you can’t leave windows open and you have to be careful walking around the property because of the many wasp nests that seem to go completely untreated. Pretty sure I’ve heard rats squeaking inside the walls and also talked to neighbors that had the same problem and were having trouble with… management. The staged apartment looks so good but the functionality of the apartment once you are in it isn't so great. The faucet in the kitchen sink makes it hard to clean dishes and the air conditioning doesn't cool down the apartment well, it's always 10 degrees hotter in the apartment than it is outside. The coiled stoves and dishwashers are both 21 years old and don't work well either. The manager is very nice but she doesn't try to have a relationship with you, still very business oriented.
