4. A household monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount (or a verifiable cash reserves).
5. Past three years IRS 1040 are required.
6. The property owner will require tenants to carry renters insurance in the amount of $100,000 and add "M&M Real Estate Real Estate & Property Services" as "Additional Interest"
7. Assigned parking space is included, managed by HOA.
8. Move-In fee of $300 charged by building.
9. Must move in 20 days from being approved.
10. Applicants must provide bank statements/pay stubs/bank statements to verify income.
11. Must have verifiable reserves
12. All tenants must carry renters insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000.
