Property Address: 2201 Arena Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834
I applied for an apartment and was approved. After approval, the rental price changed, and I was assured my deposit would be refunded. Management later confirmed by phone and email that both my deposit and application fee were owed to me. Despite multiple follow-ups and a promise in May 2026 that reimbursement was being processed, I still have not received the funds originally paid in January 2025. My concern is the lack of follow-through regarding a refund that management has acknowledged is... owed.
