A simplistic yet good place to live

I moved into the Mod in April 2025 and I love living here. The property manager Mariyah was very helpful in the application process as well as the tour of my eventual studio apartment. The online rental payment process is simple as well as requesting maintenance.

The people within The Mod are nice, besides the typical traffic, the area is nice, and the apartments have modern appliances. Im here for an 18 month lease and im ok with that because I have no complaints

love it here

i’ve been here for six month now and i love it. maintenance is always quick with any work orders the office staff is available every day and they went above and beyond to help me with my move in. 10/10
