Terrible maintenance
The apartments are old and need constant maintenance. It wouldn’t be a problem but apartment staff doesn’t like to replace anything. It’s been over a month without a working ventilation fan. (5 year tenant)
Not to mention the mail boxes get broken into regularly.

Poor management
I would not recommend staying here. The place has poor management has there is dog poop scattered everywhere, streetlamps don't work, roads and carports poorly maintained, etc. The walls are thin, many of the fixtures in the apartment are broken/non-functional. And if you reach out to management, no one picks up or responds within a timely manner unless it has something to do with money. If you're looking for a quiet place, this place wouldn't be the right place for you.

Laurel Tree Apts, is a beautiful, peaceful place to live. The Office Staff are just awesome, and get to issues quickly.
We have wonderful tenants, and I have made many new friends here at Laurel Tree.
I highly recommend Laurel Tree Apartments
