I would not recommend it to anyone really. San Clemente is pretty unaffordable. People drive loud vehicles through the parking lot past 10pm. In the long time we have been here management has changed hands multiple times and changed community rules multiple times.

We have been here for about 9 months and not a single complaint. Staff excellent! We have had a few
requests for maintenance and all issues resolved in less than here24 hours and twice within 15 minutes . Friendly neighbors , plenty off parking Love it
