Renting at AV8 has been a great choice. I enjoy living in Little Italy. Resident parking at AV8 is very nice. Contact with Management Team and Maintenance Team has been a very positive experience while I’ve lived at AV8. They are very approachable and courteous and willing to help.

I've lived at AV8 for just over 3 years. The apartment layout for a 1bd is great, I love the large windows and the natural light that I get in my unit. I also love that parking is included in the rent, which is rare for Little Italy. The location is amazing, plenty of restaurants to walk to.

Loudest apartment I have ever lived in

This building was built extremely poorly—you hear everything. Every cabinet slam, drawer slam, footsteps above you, tv’s vibrating through the walls at all hours, etc. It’s CONSTANT and there is no solution from management. For the price, you can easily find a quieter place in the area with better construction. I really wish I had seen a review like this before signing a lease.
