This property is in a very convenient neighborhood — right next to 280, 1 block from Caltrain and 1 block from 80. The prices are competitive but the management is absolutely near irresponsible. Specifically, Max does not pick up calls after the lease is started but is very responsive if you are a prospective tenant. The elevator in the building is consistently broken and has trapped tenants inside on a few occasions during our lease term. The parking garage has had multiple break-ins and Max... has been responsive only during those times to ensure nobody was hurt. Overall, the management of this property ruins the experience.
