Surfside Eleven

Reasonable rent for a 2 bedroom in the city. Great ocean views and easy access to public transportation and Safeway. The building is only 2 blocks from Ocean beach. On the downside, walls are super thin and we can hear our upstairs neighbor coughing in the night and using the restroom...ugh
Also, located on a steep hill which is great for the views but something to consider.
