Not Maintained well

Most of the apartments here are extremely run down and the newly renovated seem like they were done in a hurry with a lot of corners cut! Everywhere you walk reeks of cigarette smoke too! New tenants sign an agreement for “smoke free” community but EVERYONE here smokes?! I can’t even leave my windows open.

Windsor Manor review

Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Three different offices and usually at least 1 person always there. Unit was conviently located right off the freeway near Palomar College. Only took me about 2 mins to Palomar and mabye 10-12 mins to Cal State San Marcos depending on traffic. New ownership replaced and upgraded the washers and dryers. They were month to month, this made the transition for buying a house much easier as I did not have to break my lease or postpone buying a house.… There were ants in the summer but in Southern California I do not know where you will not find ants. For the price and the convient location it enjoyed staying there.
