Don’t believe the negative reviews!

I just sold my house out east and moved to San Marcos. Windsor Manor seemed to be the most affordable place that I could find in a desirable location, but even more than that-the remodeled units are gorgeous! Management has been more than helpful with answering a ton (and I mean a ton) of questions that I had while I looked for a place remotely from the other side of the country! Jennifer and Bernice both have helped me with things related to the apartment as well as unrelated, without batting… an eye! I even received a very thoughtful welcome email upon move-in from Jennifer. The maintenance team is top notch, and they made sure that I was satisfied with a minor fix that they made during my first week here. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. So while I cannot speak to experiences that residence I’ve had in years past, I can tell you that’s not what Windsor Manor is today (May 2020). Windsor Manor is your best bet for a safe, clean, affordable, modern, and friendly place to live!

Great Apartment!

I have lived at Windsor Manor for 2 years. I have loved my 1 bedroom and will soon be moving into a remodeled 2 bedroom. I have never had any maintenance issues. These apartments do not have bugs and the the plumbing works great. The rent is a reasonable deal, the landscaping around the property is kept up very nicely. The laundry room is updated and kept clean. Our manager, Jennifer, is super sweet and professional. She answers all my questions.
There are kids around having fun and… families using the public bbq's. It is a mellow environment. Very pleasant.
The 78 freeway is nearby, making it convenient to get wherever you need to go. T. Anna J.

It is not 100% smokee free !

It's a big lie ... they smoke in the laundry room and in the gardens it's enough to see the cigarette butts lying on the sidewalks, some even marijuana inside their apartment !! And the manager does not make a case, it is NOT healthy to live here.

Management

The management here is beyond horrible! They take forever to have maintenance fix issues in the apartments. The apartments are roach infested and the manager is a whistleblower, she will walk around with the tow truck company and have them tow cars away. They are rude and unprofessional. I cannot wait to move out of here. I honeslty wish i could give a zero star review.
