Poor Management
I will say first that this is a beautiful apartment complex, however, trying to get anything going with the on-site manager is virtually impossible. We toured the apartment on a Friday morning. Brittany was late getting there and only arrived because the on-site maintenance person texted her that we were waiting. Again, the apartment was absolute perfection so we began the online application process. For whatever reason it froze. We messaged her Saturday morning asking if she could go into the... system and unlock it, or figure out whatever what went wrong. We heard nothing back from her on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Monday afternoon I called the management company that she is employed with. The receptionist tried sending her an email along with forwarding the message to her boss and her boss' boss. NO REPLY FROM ANYONE! We ended up signing a lease with a different apartment building and a different management company that has bent over backwards to make the process as simple as possible from day 1. I guess Tamarack Apartments and their management company don't care about renting their apartments or human beings in general. And they are 100% wasting their money paying for Brittany to "work there". I take this as a huge red flag that has been avoided for the future. Be forewarned!
