The Terrace

Whenever it rains, water pours into a bedroom and one wall in the bedroom is completely soaked and moldy now. We have written a number of maintenance requests. The easy repairs get handled promptly, such as a laky faucet but the harder ones have never been addressed.

Beware of the Terrace apartments!! Not only is this place not safe to live. But they do not care about there tenants. I had never gone through so much in 3 years living somewhere single mom with her kids especially from dealing with drug addicts being high on drugs outside all the time. To theft also,shootings,violence and I had a leak in my sons room for 3 years and they never cared to fix it.

The unit itself is nice, extremely spacious and lots of natural sunlight. The “showcase” unit that we originally viewed though had a completely different vynil flooring than what we found in the unit we moved into. We weren’t told that we were going to get a different type of vynil and different color as well. We also weren’t told that the unit we were actually moving into had an awning. The unit they showed us just had an open balcony/patio. They weren’t able to remove it either. It’s a little… hard to get in touch with management. Management and leasing are the same staff. Maintenance reauest sometimes take a while before being attended to. The gym they have do nit have a wide variety of equipments but the weight equipments they do have are missing the pins to set how heavy you want to lift. Most of the machines are also out of order.
