Fico 815 and they still demand certified check!

This listing should really be under motels. Following the lengthy background check and application fee you are invited to pay a $2100 "deposit" to move in for 30 days. In S Cruz deposits are never returned so that should be considered a rental fee or tip. There is no covered parking and for that there is a waiting list. The structure is substandard and outdated. Asking rent is about three times what it ought to be for tiny 500 sq ft units. There is little privacy and a snoopy management who... can never think up enough new rules. The other residents are mostly socially, economically or otherwise challenged. The immediate vicinity is depressing. On the bright side you are walking distance to the County Jail and Probation office so you might have occasion to see see a few bright energetic faces now and then.
