Noisy
You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Beyond what apartment/shared living should allow being heard. A pretty place to live but irritating.

Beautiful set-up
Beautiful place, perfect setting, great for walks, quiet, and still close to everything we need. The unit both interior and exterior are new and fresh, great pool, spa, and workout room. Destiny took great care of us, walked us through everything each step of the way.

An oasis on the hill
My husband and I have been living in the Canyon Oaks Apartments since June 2023 and have absolutely zero plans of moving anytime soon. The team here is absolutely incredible. Yes, there have been some management changes, but I have always felt taken care of as a resident, and everyone has been incredible to work with! Quick shout out to Destiny in the main office - she is a hoot! I love getting to chat with her, and she is super helpful in regard to all things involving the property. Speaking of... the property, talk about a beautiful and peaceful place to live! There are a lot of dogs that live on the property, but we have never had a bad experience with any of them being too loud or anything like that. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse spaces are fantastic, and it is a quick 10-minute walk over to the Paradise Ridge tasting room. If it wasn't clear already, my husband and I both truly love where we live and recommend it to everyone.

Gorgeous area, beautiful apartments, wonderful community
My daughter and I lived in a Scarlet floor plan on the 3rd floor overlooking Paradise RIdge winery vineyards and LOVED it.... We had sunset views every evening... STUNNING....The apartment spatial plan was perfect, the grounds are well kept, the amenities are a wonderful offering.... I appreciated the strict protocol that applied to parking and pets, it made for lovely grounds and uncluttered parking lot when not parking in the garage during the day... It is expensive and worth it, the quality... of life living at Canyon Oaks is elevated and I happily paid for that. We would still be renting there but purchased a condo.... Made lots of friends and will visit often!

Horrible Parking Policy
Nothing says “Welcome” like getting our car towed on the second night after moving in, *despite the fact that we’re PAYING FOR A GARAGE AND PARKING SPOT*, because management wouldn’t give us a parking permit since we only had one car. You read that correctly: we’re paying $$$$ for a 3-bedroom and got our car towed because we did *not* have a second car.
The cruelty of needing to find our way to the tow yard during a pandemic should not go unnoticed. Also worth noting that 75% of the public... parking spots are sitting empty. This entire episode is totally unnecessary; seeing the responses from management on other reviews, my guess is their response here will be “too bad so sad”.
Avoid like the plague.
