The best thing about this place is the enclosed gated large patio and the general groundskeeping. Other than that, forget about it. You want something fixed? You wait months and have to constantly badger the office to get anything done. It's supposed to be a locked, gated community. That's a joke. With exception of the vehicle gates, the door gates are all broken most all the time. Lose a gate opener? That'll be $200. Lose a key, that can be upwards of $45 to replace. The rent, since... Eden Housing bought the complex, goes up 5% annually. Before Eden Housing bought the complex, there were no regular annual rent increases. Apartments have painted cinder block walls on three sides and windows on only one of the four walls. If your apartment faces the setting sun, it's run the air conditioner for 12 or more hours a day during the warm weather or roast. There are constant intrusive inspections, which they cancel at a moments notice and reschedule never considering the tenants have lives too. They make an appointment with you, don't expect them to keep it and don't expect them to leave a note on the office door if they not there to keep an appointment. Need something fixed? I have lived here a little over a year its a variated income requirement. The variety of people are hilarious. Its older they used to be air force barracks. Now transformed into studio and one bedroom apts. Kept clean and as quiet as possible haha. Lots of birds and trees. Get me help. Hope this works.
