VRV Apartments

Overall, the community was fine when I first moved in. I’ve been living here for almost two years—I moved in at the beginning of the first leasing wave, when the community was still mostly empty.

However, over the past two years, the living conditions have noticeably declined. Unfamiliar, random people now seem to come and go freely. Thank you for finally addressing the parking issues—there was a time when it was impossible to find a spot because non-residents were using them.

But major... problems still remain. Animals continue to urinate in the elevators. The parking garage still smells like pet urine. Large, noisy groups of people regularly take over shared spaces to party and behave disrespectfully, often well past the 10:00pm quiet hours, in clear violation of community policy.

Because of all this, my opinion of the complex has changed dramatically—and not for the better. I’m now simply waiting for my lease to end so I can move out. Read More

Absolutely love living here, staff and amenities are amazing.

VRV is a very safe community and has a lot of good facilities to enjoy.

VRV apartment offers very comfortable and safe living place to live in the urban settings. The apartments are consistently well maintained, with the clean environment and friendly staffs.
Additionally, the location is highly convenient, being close to restaurants and shopping center.

Team was fast to react to the work order I submitted it on a late night and less than 24hrs my issue was resolved.
