For your convenience, room comes equipped with linens, towels, hamper, an iron/ironing board. There is a small kitchen cart in the room, with stainless steal top, for meal-prep. The cart comes with small appliances such as a keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and instant-pot, for light, in-room cooking. Rent includes: PAID UTILITIES (water/trash, wifi, gas/electric). Also included in rent are bi-weekly housekeeping, dedicated driveway parking, and a generous amount of GARAGE STORAGE space!
