I cannot say enough good things about the management team here. They are genuinely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make the leasing process smooth.

Located in a quiet neighborhood the property is landscaped with many large pine and palm trees. The two best values are the property manager and the friendly excellent maintenance crew. It takes good people to help make your rental a home. Second is the location within walking distance of shopping, food services, gas and bus service. management does nothing regarding security. One of my neighbors has had her apartment windows broken out twice. The second time there was a blood pile right under the broken window. Looked like a murder scene. Took over a week for them to fix the window & clean up the dry blood. Very dangerous & expensive apartment in a horrible neighborhood. Please Take your hard earned money some where else.
I lived on the east side of Stockton before moving into a one bedroom here & this is more expensive &... there's way more homeless people walking around this area (surprisingly) & that calls for more car thefts.
I've lived here for almost 6 months now
& my car (Honda) has been stolen & parted out.
last night in my other car -I had my subs stolen- found a key shoved into the ignition. Thank god the battery in the car was dead. Management didn't care & gave me a 30 day notice. Francis is nice to your face. Makes friends with the tenants & hides in they're apartment to spy on other tenants. She'll favor tenants too. Please rent from a landlord you can trust. Read More

I lived at Country Village Woods before and I loved it. I just moved back in and Tracy, the new manager is great already. She was a huge help getting me back into an apartment I like, and very flexible with her schedule to accommodate my very busy schedule. This is this the place to live, first time apartment owner or looking to move. Two thumbs up, more if I had them!
