Mapache Mobile Home Park

Having been a member of the Mapache Trailer Park community for quite some time now, I have observed many, many faults and problems with the management here. First, they are very, very RUDE to people. They "demand" that residents follow the rules, yet they themselves (the managers) do not and act as if the rules do not apply to them. Second, the park is a MESS! In my opinion, the managers should be keeping the office open longer than 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, closed weekends so... that the residents would be able to contact and actually reach them if something needed their immediate attention. Third, I have also observed that according to management's actions and verbal conversation with residents in this park, if you are not of the Spanish or Latino (Mexican) descent, a resident is subject to verbal outbursts and threats of eviction for even the smallest thing brought up to the management, specifically, as in yard clean up. Perhaps the owner needs to hire some one who is not bigoted or racist to run such a community. That's my opinion, which I am entitled to. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Read More
