This is an EXCELLENT place to live!

The complex is clean and quiet. Secured with a gate. The location is fantastic off of I-5, and is in one of the nicest parts of town. Parking is great. The pool is a great place to unwind, and they even have community gas grills to cook a steak for a nice dinner.

Shopping is a breeze with every major store you need within an 5 minute drive. Also right next to the community college (San Joaquin Delta College).

This property is extremely well maintained.... The landscaping and common areas are cleaned on schedule. Just a drive into the secured gate and you’ll see what care goes into this property. You can tell that you’re in a well run complex with well screened neighbors who also care about where they live.

The management is fantastic. Linda does not mess around and gets things done. Something broken? No problem. Their maintenance supervisor handles problems with ease.

Property is very clean inside and out well maintained great location property manager is amazing taking care of everything that needs to be done to make you feel home and safe

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years (Summer 2024) and I’ve appreciated the safety and community we have here. It’s clean and we try to maintain it clean. There’s a cool family space in the middle of the complex. It’s quiet and comfortable. I look forward to staying here. Thank you Linda for all your support and positive spirits.

Apartments are very roomie ! You have so much space for everything you need ! The laundry room is definitely something I love the most ! Beautiful views and sunsets right out my window ! Very clean property and maintained . Linda is Ana amazing person and is always there for anything we need! Same abut Chris ! He’s a Good man and is always working and has a smile on his face no matter the time of day !
