Friendly staff. Clean community. Wonderful amenities. I wish they would bring back the trash pickup service, but other than that, it’s a great place to live.

Overall facility maintenance needs improvement. Door readers not working, garbage in stairwells that is never addressed, garage gate that never works. Responsive staff, but someone should walk the property more often to get the full resident experience.

The good news is that the temporarily down door readers are... to be repaired today, 7/22/26 and the garage gates are scheduled for repair next week. Your comments are valuable, and we agree that regular property walks are essential to identifying and addressing issues from a resident’s perspective. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention as we work to improve the overall community experience. We are addressing the current misses on our end and look forward to turning this around for all residents.

They never reply email, and phone call never answered. Also, residents' concern never get response. Work orders can be closed and discarded unexpectedly.
