There is no hot water right now, and there is no notification in advance at all. And this is not the first time issues like this happened.
My service request is always being ignored. My email sent to management team never gets a response.

The recent hot water issue in Building #2 was unplanned, and... unfortunately, we were not able to provide advance notice. Our preferred vendor assessed the situation yesterday, and hot water has since returned to more stable temperatures. The majority of the necessary repairs are being completed today. While we completely understand the inconvenience, occasional equipment disruptions can occur, and we are working as quickly as possible to restore full service.
We respond to all communication within 24–48 hours of receipt. We also want to make sure we receive your emails, but with anonymous feedback, it does not help.
Regarding your maintenance requests, they are not being ignored: unfortunately, our system does not allow for notes or technician comments to be visible to residents once a work order is closed. However, please rest assured that if your requests were marked as completed, the necessary steps were taken to resolve the issue. If you feel something remains unresolved, we encourage you to reach out and schedule a time to speak with the management team directly.
