Overall good, but parking is very annoying especially if you have a larger vehicle. They don’t have assigned parking and you have to go to top levels of the parking structure if you arrive late, but the ramps up and down are super narrow and make it hard to turn. Also many cars parked at charging stations not even charging, when I come home late and want to charge I couldn’t. They don’t even monitor this parking lot. The entrance gate is always broken and many vehicles don’t even have a fob can... park with resident cars, taking extra spots. I suggest outsider cars can only park at first floor or 6th floor on the roof.

Peaceful community, decently maintained with great common spaces. Wish had allocated parking for every apartment, as it takes a while to find parking.

It was super smooth so far to get things done. Our leasing agent Laura has been super patient and helped us with explaining utilities and all of that

Great experience living here. Everything is well maintained, and the team is quite helpful with anything we need. The maintenance team is especially helpful in managing any issues that come up.
