Maintenance has been really helpful during our first 4 weeks here. The apartment has had small maintenance needs and Diego has made sure we are heard and takes his time to explain things to us as well as fixing anything needed to fix. He has influenced our satisfaction rates.

Tuscany Ridge is a clean and peaceful residence. There are plenty of pet friendly relief spots for our large dog. The residents are friendly are respectful and management is always looking out for their residents.

Noreen is so absolutely lovely. I have lived in many MANY apartments in my years and I know well enough that management can make or break a community. Ultimately, my decision came down to 3 different communities, but I chose Tuscany ridge because of Noreen. Oh, and also the view (;
