Roaches and Mold

Staff is rude and refuses repairs. Mold and roaches in units. Will raise rent each if not on lease.

Stubborn staff

We passed credit check and ID verification we paid insurance and deposit and we are refused to enter because Daisy Allende refuse to accept ID scan over email or video call because of "policy". Asked for a favor to show ID of all who will live there immediately and then ID of remote guarantor 2 days after lease start date and they said that is not possible and we should go away. Deposit of course not to be returned. Awesome!

And I'd totally expect of them to take year long rent from us since we… signed everything already without letting us in.

Your Very Own Oasis

Rancho Monte Vista Apartment Homes go above and beyond to make you feel at home. My wife, son and I were looking for our first place together and this place blew all others we looked at out of the water. It's slightly pushed back off the busy street surrounded by palm trees. It's like a little oasis. The staff is awesome and friendly. They respond immediately to any concerns or problems. All repairs our completed within 48 hours. You won't find a better response time anywhere. The open floor… plan is amazing. We have the two bedroom two bath with a patio that leads out from the master bedroom. It comes furnished with a washer, dryer,(in its own laundry room) microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It also also a one car garage at no additional cost. This was exactly what we needed moving into our first place together after just getting married. It has a huge pool area with barbecues. The pool is always clean and maintained year around. Lastly, we feel safe at all times. It's going to be a bitter sweet feeling when we move out to take our next step and by a home.
