You get what you pay for
Lived here for almost 6 years and management has changed three times along with the owner of the property. I can never find parking when i get home from work. Everyone here has three cars or more and takes up all the parking. Our assigned parking is on the other side of the complex and after a 12 hour shift it’s a waste of time parking all the way over threre. For years i have been asking to change the spot since 90% of the car ports are empty because all the residents have the same issue and... more then half the spots in this complex you have to pay to use them. I pay for a spot that is closer but have had many residents park there. I wait 45 minutes for the tow truck just for the people to move their car. Security on site told me they don’t enforce the parking because that’s what management said. Then we get random parking violations for being in our spots. The unit itself isn’t much better. Mold started to appear in the bathroom a month after we moved in and we were told by maintenance that the entire complex has it and all we can do is wipe it down. The cabinets are so old that the wood just breaks. Cat poop in the playground area because everyone lets their cats roam. My dog and small child has been in a few close calls because everyone thinks it’s ok to let their dogs off leash or tether them on a 10 foot rope by their apartment. Almost all the incidents were by the pool and playground. Dog poop everywhere even though their are dog bag areas. I tell management and they do nothing about it. They just lie saying it’s been turned over to the higher ups. Carpet near the restroom cut my wife's foot and maintenance didn’t do anything to fix the rug. We had to lay our bathroom rug over it to prevent our child from getting hurt. No manager on site for the last 2 months due to the change of ownership again.
