They made us feel welcomed and gave us a tour of the location prior to moving in
When we moved in the the process was smooth
We had an issue with the key fob and it was fixed instantly

I've really enjoyed living at Persea. The community is clean, modern, and in a great location. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Lauren, the Assistant Manager. From my very first phone call, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She gave me a great tour and made the leasing process easy from start to finish. Even after moving in, she's always been responsive and professional. I highly recommend Persea!

We’ve been living at Persea since July 2024 and have moved to three different units during our time. The leasing office has made each move incredibly easy and stress-free, and we’re so grateful for their help throughout the process.

The maintenance team is amazing—they’re always quick to respond and have consistently come out the same day whenever we’ve needed assistance. The sanitation crew also does a fantastic job keeping the property beautiful, especially the community grills, which are... always clean and well maintained.

Overall, everyone at Persea is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about the residents. The monthly community events are always so much fun and provide a great opportunity to meet neighbors. We also love the little treats and goodies the office gives out for holidays and special celebrations—they’re such thoughtful touches that make living here feel like home. I’ve been living at Persea on North Santa Fe Ave, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents.

The amenities are well kept, and the location is convenient with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. I've had the the privilege to call Persea home for the past 5 years. The front office staff has always been very friendly and helpful from the day we moved in, till the day we moved units. Working with them takes the stress off either renewing your lease or moving units. The maintenance and cleaning staff are the best part of living here. If something is broken you are able to submit a ticket via the community app and maintenance usually comes and fixes the issue either the same day or within 24... hours at the latest. The sanitation crew take are amazing! As I said before, I've lived here for 5 years and have not seen a dirty grill once. The amenities are cleaned daily and you will see them cleaning everyday.
