I've had the pleasure of staying at Persea for the last 3 years, and must say it has met and exceeded most of my expectations. Amenities are the standout feature, everything still feels new and clean.

Great apartment complex!!

I have been living here for a few months now and love it. The staff is super helpful, the property is always well kept, and it’s been really easy to feel at home here. It’s great for remote work too! There are tons of spots to get work done or take a quick break, especially the rooftop. Plus, it’s close to so many cafés, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and only about 15 minutes from the beach. I would recommend Persea to anyone who’s looking for a clean, comfortable & great place to live!...

Great place!!

Living at Persea has been such a wonderful experience! The grounds are always beautiful, the amenities from the pool to the fitness center are fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Carol is always friendly and quick to answer any question, which makes everything so much easier. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and everything we need, and the complex regularly hosts fun events that bring neighbors together. After three months, we... feel right at home and couldn’t be happier here!

Great community

I live in the A2 unit and it’s very spacious and came with a garage that also has plenty of space for storage and fits my car comfortably. The common areas are well-maintained daily. The leasing office is very responsive and maintenance usually comes same day if we ever had any minor issues.
