How Is This Rating Determined?

Great Overall

Great place overall. Residents can be messy with their dog droppings everywhere, but maintenance tries their best to keep it clean. The amenities are always clean and available. Maintenance service are fast at handling any issues. Parking sucks as the visitors spots are always full, street parking is always taken, and no overnight in any charging stations.

Persea.

I’ve been really impressed with this community since moving in. The property is extremely well-kept — the hallways, elevators, and common areas are always clean. The amenities are a huge bonus, especially the gym and lounge areas which are maintained better than most apartments I’ve lived in. The leasing team has also been great. They’re responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had a question. Overall, a very well-managed place to live

Love the Amenities

I love these apartments! The value you get for the amenities is unbeatable. There’s a pool, hot tub, two-story gym, dog park, dog-wash station, rooftop, game room, art room, conference room, and a beautiful gathering room with a pool table and shuffleboard. Plus, there’s plenty of nearby parking for guests — a must-have for me!

Do your research, budget TIGHTLY, and find a place that respects and values it's tenants' living experience. I am still waiting to see if management will fix my issues, and am dreading this experience for another 12 months if it doesn't improve.
