Moving here was an easy decision to make because you can immediately tell that this place is a perfect place to call home. The staff makes you feel welcome from the beginning and the amenities are top notch. I definitely recommend Persea to anyone looking for an apartment.

Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! I've had a fantastic experience living at Persea! The management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The amenities are a major plus – the gym is clean and well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to relax. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-insulated – it’s been a very comfortable place to call home.

I've been looking into different apartments in the area and this is honestly the best bang for your buck. The amenities and room sizes sold me. I've lived here for half a year. There's an on site maintenance staff that keep the common areas clean every day. The garages are pretty spacious to use as storage and can fit my car without feeling tight.
