We've lived in the community since 2010. I've had my concerns addressed in a timely manner. We've been enjoying living here and continue to do so. Landscaping and top roof cleanings are always done. Good gym to workout in with side pool access.

The listings are inaccurate. The dates are prices are wrong. I didn't even get to talk to a real person. It was all through AI. And it wasn't actually helpful. Just kept repeating the same talking point...

I've had a very positive experience at Soft Wind Point. Two things really stand out: the staff and the service. The leasing office is always welcoming and ready to help with any questions. Additionally, the maintenance team is top-notch; they handle requests fast and are genuinely friendly people. It's a well-managed, reliable place to call home.
