I've had a very positive experience at Soft Wind Point. Two things really stand out: the staff and the service. The leasing office is always welcoming and ready to help with any questions. Additionally, the maintenance team is top-notch; they handle requests fast and are genuinely friendly people. It's a well-managed, reliable place to call home.

My one year here has proven safe. Quiet and well maintained. The personnel and staff. Are seasoned and know how to address issues and assert to rules , regulations and whatever variables present beyond maintenance etcetera. And without intrusion nor over reaction. Immediate solutions seem to be of an essence. And consistency prevails. This is a nice safe place to live. Good location. And a fresh breeze comes through from the Pacific at least once a day. I hope to be here sixteen more months... before I am off to and back to my house and small business in my home town. Greater San Diego County.
