The Croft

At first glance, the apartments and the community are beautiful, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience hasn't lived up to the luxury standard the property advertises. One of the biggest issues is that many residents do not clean up after their pets, which negatively affects the community. Although there is a two-guest limit for amenities, some residents regularly bring large groups, making it difficult for others to enjoy the shared spaces that... we all pay for. Another concern is that this is advertised as a non-smoking property, yet people are constantly smoking throughout the community. Management frequently sends emails reminding residents about community rules and mentioning potential inspections of garages, units, balconies, and patios. However, from my experience, these policies are rarely, if ever, enforced. The lack of follow-through has allowed these issues to continue. If you're considering moving here, make your decision carefully, and be sure to get every promise or agreement in writing.
