Living at Warner Pointe has been great! From the moment I toured the building to now everyone has been friendly and gracious. The grounds are kept clean and proper notices are always sent and provided.
The management team is great at what they do as is the maintenance team. They are quick and responsive

I enjoy this community and have never had any issues with safety or neighbors. The building is kept up to date and we have daily cleaning to maintain the cleanliness throughout the building. Management is on site and professional and great at sending community updates by email and they also post I the elevators. Plus we're conveniently located to the 101 and walking distance to grocery store, banks, gas station, etc.
