Monterey Apartments

Monterey Apartments are located on the far west side of Woodland and are located conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. A quick 3 minute drive gets you to downtown Woodland. The apartments themselves are small but clean. Slightly outdated but comfortable. I currently live with my two teenage boys - it's a tight squeeze, but it is manageable. I wish the units were more updated - newer appliances, perhaps a stackable washer and dryer. I have never had to wait to use the machines in... the laundry area and the pool is kept sparkling clean. Pets are not allowed, but it would be nice to have the option of having a cat or small dog. Our manager, Penny, is very nice and easy to work with. Rentals in Woodland are becoming expensive, it is nice that the Monterey Apartments still believe in providing affordable living. Read More
