My experience at this apartment community has been impacted by ongoing concerns with staff professionalism and communication. In particular, interactions with Scott Stocchero have consistently lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism expected in a residential community.
There appears to be inconsistent and, at times, targeted enforcement of policies involving me and my pets, which has created an uncomfortable and unpredictable living environment. Communication is also a recurring issue,... as phone calls are often not returned, making it difficult to resolve even routine matters. Additionally, there appears to be a disconnect between actions taken by staff and guidance previously communicated by management, including Tara Andrews, which leads to confusion and inconsistency.
Separately, I contacted the management office to request an HVAC filter replacement and was informed that this service is only performed twice per year, though an “exception” would be made in my case. Limiting routine HVAC maintenance to this frequency raises concerns about air quality and does not align with expectations for maintaining a clean and healthy living environment.
Overall, there is a clear need for improved professionalism, communication, and more proactive maintenance practices to ensure a consistent and healthy resident experience.
