I recently moved in and had couple of things to be fixed, especially related to water leaks. I created the ticket and walked in to the office. In next couple of hour a maintenance guy showed up. The guy was super cool and he done his job perfectly in one shot.

It's spacious, has good lighting and depending on the building a good view. My teenage son is enjoying it because it's not too far from the high school but seriously if you're in this area and you're looking for a place to live I would recommend it

The neighbors here are friendly and cordial. The location here is perfect in regards to the nearby king Soopers and Safeway for all your shopping needs when it comes to food and other necessary items.

Aspen Ridge, so far, is a great community. I love the location, the price, and the layout of my apartment. It feels more like a home than any other complex I've lived in. Brooke has also been a great communicator and made the application and leasing process easy.
