Apartment is great. Updated and spacious. Only issue I’ve had is the smell of cigarettes from whomever lived in my apartment before me has been difficult to get rid of. Bother otherwise the property is beautiful and I love seeing the jets do flyovers.

Overall, we like our apartment and the community, and there are many things we appreciate about living here. However, our experience has been affected by ongoing issues with cigarette/marijuana smoke entering our apartment, despite the community having a non-smoking policy. We have communicated our concerns to management and are still hoping the issue can be resolved. We really want to enjoy living here, but consistent enforcement of the non-smoking policy is very important to us, especially as… a family with young children. We appreciate the communication we have received so far and hope a solution can be found.

Nice place. Pool table, free coffee (bring your own cup), swimming pool are all fantastic. Gym has plenty of cardio machines, a smith machine, free weights, cables.
