The staff made my move incredibly easy with their speed and efficiency answering my questions. They were always available for me. The property is always clean and my apartment was move in ready.

Trying move in on the 20th but leasing documents not available to sign. Never been in contact with an agent to assist in finding utility companies available to set up, especially for out of State tenants. Bad first impression.

I really like it here but, the smoking and the loud noises from other tenants and there visitors seem to not appreciate this opportunity; I absolutely love the staff… Most days I go into the office just because they give off such a loving and friendly vibe

Prose Murphy provides a top- tier living experience. The property is well-maintained and well lit at night. The staff communicates with residents in a timely manner which is a definite plus. The location is ideal because you don’t deal with the city traffic. The freeway is less than two minutes away, and the rewards program is amazing. In addition, the property has ambassadors that host weekly activities. How awesome is that!

I really like the amenities and pint system with the gift cards and the location. I just wish the dog below me wouldn’t bark 24/7 while I’m trying to sleep and enjoy my summer off as a teacher.
